The expansive Buena Vista Open Space, spanning over 600 acres and housing the Rodeo Grounds, was transformed into an ecologically rich area through a partnership with the Town of Buena Vista and the Triview Metropolitan District. N.E.S. Inc. orchestrated a comprehensive community engagement process, resulting in a Master Plan that included a dog park, sports complex, trails, and a community center. This fulfilled the community’s desire for sustainability while enhancing the land’s ecological health.
