Initial ideas crafted the vision for the site’s layout and landscape purpose. N.E.S. translated these concepts into comprehensive construction documents, realizing distinctive visions such as the Rocky Mountain landscape, a chevron-shaped design, vibrant native flora connecting the structure to the west, and vistas framing the Pikes Peak corridor and Downtown Colorado Springs.
