Mosaica is a community providing more than 200 attainable housing units in southeastern Colorado Springs. This project supports the city’s intention of creating more affordable housing. The neighborhood is focused on families and is designed to support the livelihoods & traditions those who share the desire to connect, contribute, and make their community a better place to live.
