NES and multiple local consulting firms partnered with HBA Cares on a philanthropic project to introduce the Woody & Millie Ingram Guest House. This housing complex offers families of NICU patients a place to stay close to the hospital. The site, previously vacant, was transformed through the efforts of multiple companies into a valuable service for hospital patients and the community. The two-story, 41-unit complex features a mix of one- and two-bedroom units. From design to construction, the effort was volunteer-based. NES worked closely on the concept plan, master plan, and conditional use development plan, and NES staff also assisted in installing the landscape, ensuring the project’s successful completion from start to finish.
