NES successfully coordinated the entitlement of a conditional use development plan, yielding 242 multifamily housing units on 11.63 acres with a density of 20.81 DU/AC. The development, funded by low-income housing tax credits, featured rent-restricted, low-income housing near commercial centers and four elementary schools. Amenities included a trail, clubhouse, courtyard, and playground. The site layout and architecture were thoughtfully designed to navigate the site slope and transition seamlessly from the Barnes commercial corridor to the existing single-family residences to the north.
