Since 2016 NES has played a pivotal role in the development of a multi-phase, 155-acre mixed-use property off Interquest Parkway in northern Colorado Springs. Once a dormant site, this project has transformed the area into a thriving “urban core” and a vibrant hub of activity. NES has been involved from the project’s inception, helping to shape its long-term vision and future growth.
The site includes a diverse mix of residential units, commercial spaces, office buildings and entertainment venues such as the ICON movie theater. It also features popular retail and dining establishments, including In-N-Out Burger, as well as a parking garage to accommodate the growing demand. NES has worked extensively across all phases of development, from entitlement to landscape architecture, ensuring the project meets the area’s needs while promoting sustainable growth.
This project has become a model for urban development in northern Colorado Springs, fostering economic activity and establishing a lively, mixed-use community that serves as a key anchor for the region’s continued expansion.
