Highlands at Briargate, Briargate Business Campus, is a multi-year, phased development plan initiated in 2015. NES has been instrumental throughout, securing multiple approvals over the years including concept plans, a coordinated sign plan, and city approvals. This meticulous process required adherence to city regulations as well as compliance with stringent owners’ association guidelines. The campus features several retail clusters, with notable large retailers such as Chuy’s and the anticipated 2024 opening of Dave & Buster’s.
