With nearly 25 years of experience in planning and landscape architecture across the Pikes Peak region, Jason brings extensive expertise and a deep understanding of the evolving regulatory and development environment. As a licensed landscape architect in Colorado and Arizona and an MBA graduate,
Jason combines design excellence with strategic, business-minded leadership.
Jason began his career with NES in 2001, and his return more than two decades later brings his professional journey full circle. His regional insight, entitlement experience, and dedication to thoughtful community design make him an invaluable asset to our clients and the communities we serve.
Beyond his professional achievements, Jason is a respected industry leader. He has volunteered extensively with the Housing & Building Association (HBA), serving as Land Use Committee Chair and currently as Chair of the Public Policy Committee—helping shape critical conversations around growth and development in the region.
As Principal, Jason looks forward to building on NES’s legacy and continuing to deliver projects that enrich our community for residents and visitors alike.
