NES is proud to recognize Braya Badger as a recipient of the Landscape Architecture Foundation (LAF) Olmsted Scholarship, one of the most prestigious honors awarded to landscape architecture students.
Braya was named an Olmsted Scholar in 2024 during her final year at Ball State University. Each year, the Olmsted Scholarship program selects one student from every accredited landscape architecture program in the United States and Canada, making the award a highly competitive and nationally recognized distinction. In 2024, Braya was one of just 38 undergraduate students to receive this honor. Braya attended the ASLA Conference in New Orleans, where she was formally recognized alongside fellow scholars from across North America.
Please join us in congratulating Braya on this outstanding accomplishment.
